We provide non-discretionary investment management service which means you are fully informed and involved in changes that affect your portfolio. Our independence allows us to give the most suitable investment advice for you, our client. We provide full disclosure on who we are and what we do so you can make fully informed decisions.
We advise on a wide range of financial products and issuers including (but not limited):
• Shares of listed companies
• Shares of listed property companies and real estate investment trusts
• Managed funds including KiwiSaver and superannuation
• Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and investment trusts
• Bonds (domestic and foreign), including Government, Local Authority, and corporate bonds
We do not receive any commissions or trail fees from any of the product providers or fund managers.
Ongoing investment portfolio management service includes regular monitoring, rebalancing risk, administration and reporting on your investments. The fees for this service is charged as a percentage of the total amount we manage for you.
