Our Approach

It all begins with a chat.

We have a 30 min, no obligation chat so you can clarify what we do and we can assess if what you need fits into our service offering.

We provide full disclosure on who we are and what we do so you can make a fully informed decision.

We get to know you, your family, the journeys you have been on, your financial objectives and the future you dream of to bring your dreams and reality together.

Consultation

At our consultation meeting, we discuss in detail the information on your current financial position and your objectives. We then discuss a few scenarios you would want to consider and agree on the nature and scope of the financial plan.

Our plans include:

  • Cashflow analysis

  • Net-worth statements

  • Financial goal projections

  • Retirement projections

  • Scenario analysis measuring the probability of outcomes

  • Risk profile

  • Estate planning

  • Investment portfolio construction to suit your objectives

We work with your lawyer, accountant, personal banker and any other professional adviser you have engaged to ensure your financial plan suits your circumstances.

The charge for the consultation meeting is $280 plus GST.

Plan fees

Our plan fees are based on the complexity of your situation. At our consultation meeting we will discuss and agree on what it means, with full disclosure from us on what the work entails.

Our plan fee ranges from $500 to $3,000 plus GST

We Follow The Six-Step Process, Set By The Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB)*

1. Establish the client relationship - We meet virtually or in person to understand your circumstances and future goals.

2. Gather data - Relevant information that is material to preparing the financial plan is discussed and collected from you.

3. Analyse and evaluate - Your planner analyses the information collected and creates a plan that shows scenarios and future projections.

4. Recommendation and presentation - Your Financial Plan is sent to you for your review before a presentation meeting, where we discuss the solutions and recommendations.

5. Implementation - Based on your decision we implement the solution or recommendations confirmed by you.

6. Monitor and review - We have an annual review to ensure your plan is relevant to your circumstances. We can undertake special reviews as appropriate, should a change in your circumstances warrant an amendment to the financial plan.
