What is Sorted at Work?

Sorted at Work sessions help NZers increase their awareness, learn concepts, develop strategies, and feel confident about planning their financial future.

Te Ara Ahunga Ora Retirement Commission develops the content for all the Sorted at Work courses and is therefore independent in nature and is not aligned to any private financial institution, bank, insurance company or KiwiSaver provider.

Who will be facilitating the sessions?

Sumita Paul is a qualified and experienced Te Ara Ahunga Ora accredited facilitator for Sorted at Work programmes. When you book a Sorted at Work facilitator, you’re booking someone who:

  • Is accredited and quality assured by Sorted (a government-funded service)

  • Is independent and impartial

  • Gives financial information, not advice

  • Does not endorse, refer to or dismiss any specific products, services, providers or beliefs.

Sumita is an independent financial planner and the founder of Athena Wealth. She is a Certified Financial Planner CM with over 25 years of experience in the New Zealand financial services and trustee industry.
